E-max and The All Ceramic Revolution: from the natural desire for beautiful teeth to the feeling that one's smile is the most priceless jewelry they will ever own, e.max all-ceramic restorations are the leaders in dental aesthetics. e.max (lithium disilicate) offers the laboratory, dentist and patient unmatched esthetic certainty. Additionally, E-max lends itself to a wide variety of cavo surface options from the unprepared cusp tip addition to a full crown or veneer. When you add the cavo surface options of crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays, the e.max choice becomes irresistible. Using the pressed e.max technique, a high quality technician can offer the dental clinician the margins, fit and esthetics unmatched by a conventional crown or bridge. When an experienced clinician and laboratory work together with lithium disilicate, the only limit is their esthetic imagination! Available E-max services:
Inlay/OnlayIf a tooth is only partially damaged, generally a filling will be sufficient. If the dentist cannot fabricate the filling directly with a tooth- shaded resin (composite), the alternative is an inlay or onlay. These tooth-shaded restorations are made in our laboratory using IPS for excellent fite and margins.

VeneerFractured or discolored teeth or slightly mal- positioned teeth can be easily and quickly treated with veneers. Veneers are thin laminates made of ceramic, which are attached to the tooth. Unlike crowns, veneers do not cover the entire tooth. Only a small amount of tooth structure is ground away for veneers. The completed restoration is as true-to-nature in appearance as your neighboring teeth.

CrownsMissing teeth can be replaced by bridges, which are supported by two healthy abutment teeth. E.max (lithium disilicate) framework is limited to anterior three unit bridges.

Esthetic Add-On's (EAO'S)
E-Max is the material of choice for veneers and esthetic situations where there is minimal discoloration of the tooth preparation. Patients may not be able to afford a crown for purely esthetic purposes and invasive procedures should be avoided whenever possible. The esthetic add-on is a crown jewel of dental innovation for no prep or minimally prepared restorations that fit a multitude of esthetic needs. Imagine being able to close a diastema, add a cusp tip, or solve small contour problems with little to no reduction. We have made hundreds of these minimally invasive EAO's for just about any situation one can imagine. Often times patients financial situation may limit the dentist's ability to offer a perfect smile. It could be that a little bit of length added to #11 could make all the esthetic difference in the world. On occasional small piece of perfectly placed lithium disilicate will solve esthetic and financial concerns, highlighting the true beauty of a completely new smile.
